Limited program is subject to prior approval from imdad.

 

  1. Contract duration: 12 months or 1 million pulses whichever comes first.
  2. Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
    • 1 laser head (only if needed).
    • 1 HPVS -high voltage power supply- (only if needed).
    • 1 Fiber assembly (only if needed).
    • 1 Handpiece (only if needed).
      • Warranty on Laser head, fiber, HPVS & handpiece: on Pro-Rata Basis for remaining of contract's period or pulses, whichever comes first.
  3. Ten iDCD boxes. ( Subject to VAT if applicable).
  4. Ten Sapphire Windows.
  5. Three Service Visits
  6. Two PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).

 

  • Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
  • Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
