Details
Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.
- Contract duration: 24 months.
- Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
- 2 Replacement Laser Head (only if needed).
- 2 Replacement HVPS (only if needed).
- Warranty of laser head & HPVS second replacement: on Pro-Rata Basis for 3 million pulses or for the remainder of the contract period, (whichever comes first).
- Unlimited Service Visits.
- Four PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).
- PM Kit.
- Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
- Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
