Imdad will deliver the products to customers within 14 working days from the date of payment authorization, or from the date the transfer is received in UAE bank account.
If the customer files a complaint, Imdad management will investigate the complaint and if it is determined to be valid, Imdad will either replace the product or refund the payment.
If the customer cancels the order after 24 hours, Imdad will charge the customer with any incurred delivery charges in addition to a management fee.
If Imdad is not able to deliver the product within 14 working days from the date of the payment authorization, Imdad will give the customer the option of a full refund.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded to the original mode of payment
Imdad assures that all items sold are warranted.
All items needing repair should be sent to Imdad directly for service or warranty claim.
Imdad has the right to inspect the item prior to approving replacement under warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance. Failure to follow operating instructions, accidents, lightning, power surges, connections to improper voltage supply, unauthorized alteration or modification of original condition.
