Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.
- Contract duration: 12 months.
- Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
- 1 LCD (only if needed).
- 1 Base-board (only if needed).
- 2 Hand-pieces (only if needed).
- Unlimited Service Visits.
- Two PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).
- Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
- Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
