Details

Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.

 

  1. Contract duration: 12 months.
  2. Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
    • 1 Replacement Laser Head (only if needed).
    • 1 Replacement HVPS (only if needed)
    • 1 Replacement Fiber (only if needed)
    • 1 Replacement Handpiece (only if needed)
      • Warranty term for limited parts : 3 million or remaining of the contract coverage whichever comes first.
  3. Unlimited Service Visits.
  4. Two PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).
  5. PM Kit.

 

  • Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
  • Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
