Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.
Contract duration: 12 months.
Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs.
Unlimited Service Visits.
Two PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).
Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
