Details

Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.

 

  1. Contract duration: 24 months.
  2. Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
    • 2 Laser Head (only if needed).
    • 2 Replacement HVPS (only if needed).
    • 2 Replacement Delivery System (only if needed).
      • Warranty term of 2nd replacement on pro-rata bases for 3 million pulses or the remainder of the contract whichever comes first.
  3. Unlimited Service Visits.
  4. Four PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).
  5. PM Kit.

 

  • Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up to 72 hours for remote areas).
  • Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
