Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.

1. Contract duration: 24 months.
2. Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
   1. 1 AMP Rod + Chamber (only if needed).
   2. 1 OSC Rod + Chamber (only if needed)
      • Warranty of rods & chambers: 6 months from installation date or 10 million pulses (whichever comes first).
3. One set of flash lamps.
4. One DI filter.
5. Unlimited Service Visits.
6. Four PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).

• Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up 72 hours for remote areas).
• Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
