Full-service program is subject to prior approval from imdad.

1. Contract duration: 12 months.
2. Covers all repair parts needed to perform service & repairs with the below limits:
   • One Rod & Chambers (only if needed).
     • Warranty on Rod & Chambers: 6 months or 10 million pulses (whichever comes first).
   • One DI filter (only if needed).
   • One set of flash lamps (only if needed).
3. Unlimited Service Visits.
4. Two PPMs (periodic preventive maintenance).

• Response time: 24 hrs (excluding public holidays, up 72 hours for remote areas).
• Repair time: Up to 72 hrs (subject to parts availability, might take up to 14 working days upon requesting non-available spare parts).
